I advise you to avoid this company entirely, I had a bad experience with them, i was lied to and lured in with fake promises.Do not give your money to them,They're phishing. I almost lost all my money until i reported to Cyphertracer.com who helped me to get back my lost funds from them.

Stay away.

Seriously, stay away. The product isn't as advertised and I wasn't offered any sort of compensation for what are blatant lies on their website.I then went to their executive team who offered me a refund, but it has been 3 weeks and EVERY email I send checking the status of it is ghosted. Never have I dealt with a company so shady. They make the mafia look legit.

Scam Artists

Reviewed on 2020-10-30T16:02:49

Scam Artists. They offer no refund what so ever. So if you're on an annual plan, and cancel be aware that even if you cancel the day they take payment they will not refund you. Or you'll cancel and they'll still take payment and then offer no refund. They have zero care for their customers and when you contact them via chat they say you have to raise a ticket via billing, who just send you a link to their refund policy - which isn't a refund policy it's just no refunds. Avoid!

After cancellation they took payment from me and have ghosted me since then.

Reviewed on 2020-10-16T12:55:48

I terminated the auto-renew on the Copper site early in June of this year. Then a week later I got an email from their customer service saying they would renew my account.I replied saying that I had cancelled and asking could they confirm. No reply. Then I manually closed the account on 18th June. I have a screenshot to confirm this with the message 'we're sad to see you go'. Having heard nothing I phoned my bank to ask them to stop the payment. My bank said they couldn't do this as it was a direct debit but they could activate a chargeback via the visa debit system if the charge was taken. Then in July Copper took payment for €180. Emails up to and past this payment have been ignored by Copper. My bank still haven't recovered the payment. Nothing but silence from Copper. They have completely ghosted me since then. This is either incompetence or fraud. I would highly recommend people NOT do business with them.

Average CRM

Reviewed on 2020-09-21T21:11:30

Average CRM. Scam cancellation period. I cancelled my subscription on 25th August, planning on re-opening it when things got busier for us. They then took a $48 renewal fee on 18th September (25 days later) and refused to refund it. The company showed its true colours here - really bad ethics.

Avoid this company

Reviewed on 2020-09-03T09:16:33

We have been a customer of Copper for 5 years. We got in touch with copper for some assistance with our subscription. We are a travel company so obviously this is a tricky time for us.We want to reduce the number of seats as we are currently have no revenue because of the pandemic. We are now without a crm system and it has been a week since I have had any response. They don't have a phone number and are not responding to my requests to arrange a call. Use another company that will offer service when you need it.

VERY misleading pricing

Reviewed on 2020-08-31T10:15:42

VERY misleading pricing. I was on the basic package and had to upgrade. They give you all the price on the month/user basis but then take payment for the whole year. When I raised this they refused to refund the money. I'll be moving from Copper because of this as soon as the subscription ends.
