I ordered a printer after mine died. It has been two weeks with UPS telling me it is out for delivery that day.Customer service just keeps telling me that it is out for delivery. I have asked for them to send me a printer, since I have already paid for it but they will not file a claim with UPS nor will they send me a printer. I am going to lose customers because of this.read more
