This company has unethical billing…

This company has unethical billing practices. You get an estimated amount owed at the clinic(they say is from the insurance company),which can be wrong because the insurance company says they are NOT in network. The same test amount ordered direct is 1/4 of the insurance billed amount. They won't give you that price if you try to get it billed through insurance. SKIP this place.

I only wish I could give this company a ZERO. I will NEVER USE QUEST AGAIN. Doctor office sent them my blood work by fax,they completely lost the order, this not only happened once but twice after I had fasted 12 hours. Company did not seem to care. This is absolutely the worst company that has drew my blood in over 50 years. Stay away from this company. They are the worst!!!! I would not even take the time to write this review, If they would only have seemed to care, this employee should be taught customer service. If she worked for me I would fire on the spot.

My wife had pregnancy exams conducted with this company. They repeatedly made mistakes with billingour insurance company and even DEMANDED FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT when they were unable to verify we were insured (even though we were). It is also impossible to get them on the phone, I only was able to reach them on the phone ONCE, AFTER 2 HOURS WAITING. The call dropped shortly afterwards and it was very frustrating. At this point, the company SENT US TO DEBIT COLLECTION WITHOUT CALLING OR EMAILING US EVEN ONCE. I am NEVER going to use their services again if I can avoid.

I went to Quest Diagnostics on 919 N Blackstone in Tulare, California. From the moment I walked I received awful service and treatment.The nurse named Vernice at the front was asking me the routine questions with annoyance in her tone. I could barely hear or understand her. I checked in and she asked for my paperwork and insurance card. She was trying to ask me if I had fasted 12 hours prior. Again I could barely hear or understand her. Another nurse came in and told me what she was asking. I gave the nurse Vernice my papers and insurance card and she told me my insurance wouldn’t cover and to go to another location in town. I called my insurance a day before and they said they covered but if I had any issues to give them a call and they would let Quest know I was covered. I told them both this. The second nurse said they should have given me a code needed, told her I didn’t get any code to which she replied “sucks, you can pay out of pocket.” Wow. The interaction with both of these nurses didn’t continue much longer because they were not trying to work with me, they were both rude with their tone and words. I only got one nurses name Vernice, but this happened Friday March 12 close to noon if anyone can check the schedule or cameras to find out who was the other nurse. Anyways they were both extremely rude, made me feel unwelcome, both seemed to be unhappy to do their job. Neither of these things are my fault. They need to learn manners and work on their customer service skills because they have none.

Awful experience

Awful experience; I’ll never go to the Novato lab again; have never experienced more pain getting a simple blood test and it took days to get my results.Additionally, the office is filthy and there’s no one at the helm. I felt like a homeless, penny less victim.

I am required to get bloodwork done…

I am required to get bloodwork done every 3 weeks before receiving my cancer treatments.I tried to schedule my appointment but for some reason the office I normally go to will be closed for the next month. I was not informed of this during my last visit 3 weeks ago. That information would have been helpful. Because of the new required appointment scheduling I’m trying to contact the office I will need to visit today. The automated call service su*ks to say the least. I had a question about my Dr’s order for the bloodwork but there was no option to speak with a live person in the menu option so I scheduled the appointment without knowing if they will even be able to do my bloodwork. I guess I’ll have to just go and take my chances. After realizing I had to make the appointment for later in the day I tried ( before even hanging up from scheduling the first appointment) I tried to reschedule for later in the day. In order to do that they needed my confirmation code. I tried to give it 5 different times. Repeating it exactly the way it was given to me. A as in apple-B as in boy etc and every time it didn’t accept the conformation code. I hung up angry and frustrated at the incompetence of the automated system and not being able to have the opportunity to speak with someone who could assist me. I tried calling customer service but they aren’t open yet. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in dealing with a automated system ever
