I received 2 blouses-not as pictured and the wrong size. I feel they just made some money on me and because it took FOREVER to get the items that did comeIn addition to the misleading pictures,terrible quality, wrong colors, wrong styles, poor packaging, Another item was poorly made - the cuffs and hem on the shirt were just cut with a scissor, no finishing. I was trying to return the WHOLE ORDER I sent an email no luck than I went on BBB Complaint site and I found the COMPANY TELE HELP which is THE admitted their mistake they sent me the dress was nothing like in the picture finally they have agreed to give me full refund along with shipping information Do Not Buy they gonna sent you Very cheap materials and wrong size DRESS Definitely stay away from this company

Have one Hugh Complant! It took 19 days from day one of order. The item went west where I live (item arrived in my town then sent all the way back to east coast twice. Improve your shipping process!! You are a 11 billion dollar company You do have Funds to IMPROVE! My daughter’s Birthday gift sat in your shipping dept for 6 Days before being shipped! Now it’s Two Days Late so far. This company is the biggest rip off ever. First, if you want to place an order for multiple items (same or not),you have to pay individual S&H and they add tax to the S&H. NO company on Earth does this except QVC. It is part of their scam. Their prices are not better than anyone else and, in fact, you pay more due to the mentioned fees. Also, they sell older models, last year's version of a product. So, you are not getting the latest product model.
The hosts are so fake in their sales pitches. They like every product, every food item. Really? I sincerely doubt it. They are simply there to talk up rubbish products to get people to buy. In fact, there are numerous articles online speaking to the trauma that QVC is causing to families who have elderly folks spending their life savings on QVC, as they are addicted to the hosts and believe everything they say.

Qvc has good prices on quality products; just don't expect them to arrive on time and/or in good condition.
Last year I received an order for pie plates,to make the cherry pie; and they were broken. Returned them b4 I even took them out of the package.
Then I ordered some Christmas gifts last year; all but one showed up on time. I had ordered them in November.
I sent it back and was charged shipping fees!
Now I'm madder than a wet cat!!
I ordered a new shark vacuum over a month ago and it still isn't here!! I'm so p'd off!!
I know that qvc has taken over hsn; it's just amazing that hsn can deliver my orders in 7-10 days, no problems

Be Careful With QVC

This is something I just noticed about QVC after years of ordering from them. Everything you put in your shopping cart is set up as a separate order unless you get two of the same thing.The separate order is so they can charge you tax and shipping fees on each order. Example: same day, same hour I ordered bug trap and red rug. They were in shopping basket together but two orders #s. Later I cancelled the rug but it didn't affect the bug trap order. Now I'm waiting for the bug trap and a refund for the cancelled rug order. I also learned last year NOT to buy QVC silver jewelry because it turns gray and black after a month of continual wearing. Not pure sterling silver but some made up shiny junk. You have been warned.
