they will charge you international fees if you don't pay in english pound (even if the website shows you Dollars)there was a big problem with my delivery, they didn't send the info to Fedex I had to chase them for a week to get this solve. The customer service was terrible.read more

Very very disappointed at the disgusting service provided by Reiss. I purchased a pair of trainers,paid for delivery and awaited their arrival. I waited 8 days, still not arrived! I contacted Reiss to assist and within seconds, had received a full refund, no explanation? I contacted the courier and was told that Reiss hadn't even dispatched my parcel! Extremely low end communication and generally poor service...steer clear!read more
