Ria deserves zero star. Poor customer service . Lack of transparency .If you call Ria, they prompt you to press 4 ,call will be cut off. No one will try to call you back .Customer agent is incompetent !

Worst company ever. TRANSFERRED me 4 times before they cancelled my transaction because it was going to a business account They refuse to refund me until 5 to 7 days but they took the money so fast.I will never use them ever again.

I transferred five times to same person and i have to call each time to release my transfer.each time they put on hold and ask for same information again and again. last time when i spoke to them they said its not going to happened agains but i have same problem again this time. i told them to look into my account but they don't care if there are negative number i would give -10

Over 20 calls to CS within 8 months with same issue . Problem never been solved , ended up with deleting account and app .Ria was good and convenient at the beginning, i have never had issues with app , i was loyal customer for years . Once they have updated their app in February or march 2020 - nightmare has started!! Login ( email + password) - success. Security question - failed!! Going back to desktop browser mode - no problem at all , login , security answer , transactions, done . Opening app , security question- failed again . Resetting and changing security answers, deleting and reinstalling app - nothing works . Spending hours with morons ( customer service , i guess ) keep explaining my issue . Over and over again . Do yourself a favor , avoid this looser ship and deal with Remitly or other convenient and respectful companies

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Immediately after I sent my transaction was put on hold.I had to call the company then finally after being switched to numerous different departments and being interrogated with questions they told me I'm denied sending. They tried to tell me its for my security and safety which I know is all a huge lie. The receiver was my fiancé and I've known them for 15 yrs plus traveled there many times. These people are unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to advertise sending to a certain country if they automatically deny a transfer. Don't do at all what there website says.
