The main advantages are quality support (online chat works best for us) and the product itself performs very well.I enjoy that they continue to improve their service: there're a lot of ready-made integrations with popular CRM and other systems and they expand all the time. What I enjoy about Ringostat: 1. Ability to create custom reports with loads of filters and parameters. 2.Easy to listen to call records. You even can select the play speed. 3. Powerful and ready-made integration with Google Analytics. And Woopra integration as well. 4. Ability to set up email reporting as you want and other alerts. 5. Prompt support — always ready to solve any problem and knowledgeable about their product. 6. Sterling and flexible PBX and IVR. You can set up any call queue and call forwarding scheme.

The open interface and API has allowed us to integrate our call tracking data with several other marketing software to provide more accurate reporting.I like this ability to tie the front and back end together and measure a true ROI. What is more, customer service is always friendly and trying to genuinely help me. I enjoy that they watch if I take full advantage of the system and advice on how to increase Ringostat effectiveness.
