Hi All,
We have placed the order on 11th November 2020 whilst my other half was under medical concern.After several reminders and promises from their support team it is still told that it can only be delivered by end of March 2021 still tentatively.
Don’t believe a word their team states and would not recommend any one due to their support team incompetence.

Rotimatic is a great product. I believe its first of its kind robot that is created to cook Indian bread.I have been using it for 2+ years so far and its worked out perfectly saving me a lot of time and also letting me enjoy great rotis at the same time. Especially in the pandemic WFH scenario, I have had fresh rotis everyday.
Although I have seldomly used additional functions, its great to know that there are other types of breads/puris we can make with Rotimatic.
Whenever I had to report the problem, we got help from associate over the phone and was able to resolve the issue.
Since the robot comes in contact with oily, sticky and wet stuff all the time, it is important to run the clean routine every weekend. Also, pipe cleaning needs to be performed every fortnight.
I think with proper maintenance and care, the product will last a long time and make rotis well.

I have been using Rotimatic for 3.5 years now. It’s been great so far! I hardly ever had a problem,we use it 2 times daily and with such a busy schedule and a toddler it certainly does makes life easier. Although I had a few problems during these years but it was resolved remotely and quickly by their team. It’s a machine so sometimes it gives improper dough or something but then if I clean it regularly it works fine. Specially for me it is working great! For our family of 3 it’s a blessing.

I have been using Rotimatic for almost 3 years now, and since then, there has never been a day when Rotimatic machine has taken a break!The rotis are fresh, soft and full of goodness! After a long working day we all deserve a good nutritious meal and thanks to Rotimatic, making rotis is one less thing to worry about! It has helped me save cooking time and effort, especially when there are friends/family coming over. Rotimatic is truly a blessing for everyone like me staying in US away from home! Kudos to the entire team!

I have been using Rotimatic in the US for the past 3.5 years and I absolutely love it!I cannot imagine eating Indian food without a Rotimatic roti now! I truly, genuinely feel bad for people who choose to make (weirdly shaped) roti's themselves or end up eating Kawan/Mirch Masala frozen rotis (having eaten those for 1 year, i was literally fed up!). To those, who are confused whether Rotimatic is worth their money, I can assure you, it is worth every dollar! I have changed 3 mobile phones (each more than $1K) in the last 4 years, but my Rotimatic is still going strong!
P.S : I use my Rotimatic atleast 5 days a week during lunch and dinner. Cleaning the 3 kneading parts after every use is recommended and takes about 1-2 mins to clean. I have only tried making Rotis and Puris.

I always used to dream about the day when I would l get nice,crisp and hot Rotis on my plate without having to make them myself.The dream came true when I bought Rotimatic and having it in my kitchen has made my life very easy. It is very convenient to use and I often make pizza, puris, bajra and jowar along with the regular rotis .

Horrible i wouldn't give them any review worst customer service you don't get any solution they justdo the same troubleshooting every time and never get back after all the troubleshooting is done and later what they do they'll close your ticket later you'll have reach back to them and they'll do the same troubleshooting steps and go back and forth

I'm echoing the sentiments of other customers who have given 1 star to the quality of the product and their customer service.Rotimatic is a poorly built machine, and the parts break more often than you might expect. Ordering the same cheap part from them would cost you an arm and a leg.
The sweeper(the part that pushes the dough to the hot plates) broke after a sparse use of 3 years(Made 2000 Rotis over its lifetime), and their suggestion was to buy another refurbed Rotimatic for 999+S&H.
They can't afford even a single service center in the whole of the US when most of their customers are in this country. What stops them from creating YouTube videos explaining how to fix a broken part? All they have on YouTube are cute videos of how to clean flour from different parts of the machine.
The company has overly invested in adding features like Pizza, Poori, Bajra roti. Who wants a Pizza made out of a roti machine? All we want is a machine that reliably churns out Whole wheat Rotis, and that's what we paid you for.
Buy it for the bragging rights, but they won't last long.
