It took almost took two months for the rugs/runners to arrive. Once received the quality was so poor that I knew they would need to be returned.Because there are no free returns I prepared the rugs as directed with return "label" received via email. My son dropped them at the UPS facility and it is costing me 127.00 dollars to return 3 runners!

I would not consider this product a "rug". It is a mat. I purchased this runner for my kitchen which I am fine with a mat.However, if you purchased this for a large area it may seem very odd. There is little, if any fiber, that would be found in a rug. It is very pretty. The color is more rust than red.
