Time will tell but this intitial rating is on speed of delivery. It was VERY slow arriving and no wordon the delay until I reached out to you.If you had been more proactive about calling me about the delay then this rating would be much higher. I understand unavoidable delays, especially in the Covid error. Whats difficult is not taking the time to inform the customer

I absolutely love all of my Safe Life Defense body armor. I do have one valid complaint with my 3XL concealable vest though.The hook and loop velcro for the shoulder areas does not extend further towards the ICW pocket. This issue causes the shoulder straps to not have enough attachment surface for a proper fit. I am 6'2" tall and 275 LBS. I used the fit selections provided. If the velcro surface extended an additional 1.5 inched down the front of the vest then i would have a perfect fit and my ICW plate would be positioned in the proper location at the top of my sternum. Right now it sets about an inch too low. A smaller size vest may have been a better fit up top but would not fit my chest. Any help would be appreciated. I thought about stitching additional velcro above the ICW pocket as a fix but i'm afraid that my actions will affect the integrity of the carrier.

Gotta say that Safelife have a great team that takes care of there customers and hold there word.Was having problems with my purchase using a code that Nick give me awhile back after I talked with the team I made my purchase and it's on is way same day to take care of me so I can serve my community.
