Approximately three months ago, I posted a negative review based on my experience with the company's after-sales service following the installation of my solar panels. While the initial sales process was smooth, informative, and handled professionally—and the installation team equally competent—the lack of post-installation support left me frustrated and concerned about the system's performance. I’m pleased to now share that following my feedback, I was contacted by one of the company’s managers who personally addressed all my outstanding questions. Their assistance reassured me that the solar panels are functioning properly. Moreover, they guided me through selecting the most suitable energy tariff with my provider, which has allowed me to maximize the benefits of the installation. It is reassuring to see that the company took the feedback seriously and made the effort to turn the situation around. Despite a rocky start, the after-sales team ultimately provided the support I was initially missing, and I appreciate their commitment to resolving the matter.
