Service is imp - even for free customers

So, I've been using the free Sendgrid service (I just have very low volume as of now and can take some risks).Their system first of all doesn't always work correctly - email formatting shows visually off sometimes, cannot delete contacts by deleting the full list.
But worst of all is their service: I had an issue with not being on dedicated ips and yahoo blocking my emails so I've been reaching out for 2 days and their response is to reach out to yahoo? Really? You want a customer to diagnoze with yahoo why a sendgrid ip is blocked? And they are trying to push me the paid plans which are so expensive compared to other options. So, why should I stay a customer. Next time around, they might hold me ransom again and say "here, buy this upgrade". I am looking to switch to better service.

Very poor service & I would say fraudulent. Show open rates and click through rates totally inconsistent with what I am seeing on Google Analytics.Do recommend this service in any way.read more

I was automatically declined access to the service during the sign up process. Terrible experience,I can only imagine how bad this will get using their service.read more

Horrible customer support. I wait at least 2 days in between responses and the responses I receive aregeneric and of no help which makes me respond with another question that I have to wait yet another two days for a response. been over a week and still issue is unresolved. They are having sender verfication issues on their servers and basically told me they don't know what to do. ummm...how about help me figure it out so you don't lose a customer. Already lost, I'm looking for another companyread more

SendGrid used to be good at delivering emails. Now their IPs are ridiculed. You tell them about the bounces,and they got the cheek to respond and tell you how you can improve. When you persist that it is nothing wrong with your emails but their bad IPs. They give you the tone that this is what you can expect unless you pay near to $100 a month for their dedicated clean IPs. They just do not take any responsibility and got generic responses ready to excuse you. They do not try to reassign you good IPs they send you a sweet message tailored to say pay $100 a month or put up and shut up about it. I left them moved to Pepipost.com I had similar issues with them. However, after contacting them a few times, they finally moved me to IPs that are delivering all my emails. Shame on you SendGrid you need to resolve your email delivery with Yahoo and take responsibility for your poor deliver rates.read more

For a company that spams me so regularly their abuse complaint process sucks. I am unsure why plain text attachments of the original email are unacceptable for submission to the abuse team.Pro tip, if it originated on your platform you should probably not be concerned it contains a virus.read more
