Definitely NOT happy with this company. First they have me sign a one sided agreement.Then I had to wait 3 months for a call to talk about on boarding. Then they start trying to get me to commit to appointments based on there schedules. They are in California I’m on the east coast. There earliest appointment is the middle of my day. And then they tell me just hire someone for the on boarding. They have my down payment and all they want is the next payment. Terrible company to work with. Check your contract. I messed up and they are putting it in my face!

restarted hvac company in 2017 and went with ST
not bad till the last year constant selling of productsand arongant attitude toward the customers ie; we will set in place "handrails to govern your companies data"
so we decided to change to service fusion. ST did everything to make it more difficult they road blocked every piece of data
will never deal with them again if i had to crave my dat in a piece of stone with a chisel.
something tells me they are bleeding customers by the 100's

ALWAYS HAS PROBLEM. DOESNT DEPOSIT CHECKS PROPERLY, DOESNT TAKE CARD PAYMENTS PROPERLY.CALLS FAIL ALL THE TIME TO CUSTOMERS. IT FREEZE OR GLITCHES WHERE IT DOES NOT SYNC OR LOAD UP YOUR DOCUMENTS
I HAVE USED IT WHILE I WORKED FOR 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND THE SOFTWARE IS JUNK!! I HAD TO PAY THE COMPANIES BACK MONEY BECAUSE PIECE OF JUNK SERVICE TITAN DID NOT TAKE THE MONEY WHEN I SWIPED THE CARD OR PHOTO DEPOSITED A CHECK.
JUNK IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR SERVICE TITAN

Service Titan is a class act. Your company must commit to this program to see the excellent results.Your commitment will equal your satisfaction. Being a number person, I get all the numbers I need. The Tech. efficiency numbers are extremely important to knowning the accurate efficiency of your service department. The people at ST are second to none! Their are professional and friendly. We see them as part of our team. The cost is an investment and will pay for itself since it will replace office personnel. I could go on and on and on because we have committed to this software and are seeing the positive results.

We left our old software and made the switch to Service Titan about 2 years ago - which was the BEST decision we have ever made!It has been such a fantastic experience since day 1 for us as well as a profitable one. It has increased our sales and has made our field employees time more efficient on each job site. Our first impression was with three of your most talented employees - Andy, Jesse and Steven who came for our three day training -they really made us feel comfortable and paved the way to get us where we are today with your software. Our current success Manager is Liz - and wow we never want want to let her go - she has been absolutely amazing and we truly appreciate all her hard work and dedication to our company. Kudos to you all for a job well done! We refer you to anyone and everyone who runs a business and is looking to increase revenue and become more efficient. Costly & frustrating will need more office labor to Run it

We are a plumbing company on the west coast new to service titan by others choices - let me start by saying for the price you pay for ST you would think the transition would be much more seamless (it was not ) - in a short description for the size company and amount of developers they have this system should be way more user friendly and customizable - they put most of the work on you the client to set up and organize when you nothing about data migration etc -things that should take 1click turn into a 4 click process also get used to the word work around as you will hit many of those bc of the softwares limitations for your needs -I truly believe there software was designed for the HVAC industry and they have tried to evolve from there and have tried to push all service company types into the same molded platform and functionality which does not work - Im no software engineer but I do know business and it should not be this hard to use when being in the service business as everyone knows is hard enough to run - my advice there are cheaper options out there and more user friendly software be very careful joining this group.

I work in an office and use Service Titan daily. It should be more efficient, straightforward and easier to navigate.I find it repetitive and instead of lessening my work, it seems to make more. Examples: when doing follow-up notes on customers. Those notes do not show up on the customers appointment page unless copied and pasted. Also, classifying Dashboard calls is tedious. I classify the call when it comes in but then I have to reclassify it on the dashboard. You should only have to do this once. Then to link all the outbound calls I make to each customer, I have to go back and reclassify every single call. The dashboard percentages are never truly accurate because when I book an appointment making an outbound call, it doesn't even show up in my daily score. Booking a customer who wants multiple estimates done in one day should be effortless. There should be a way to sell/convert more than one estimate at a time, instead of booking one, and then going back and copying all the other estimates and attaching them to the job....so time consuming! As far as the online help is concerned, it's just okay. Depending on who you chat with, some are more willing to offer help than others, and some of the advice I've received has only complicated my problem instead of alleviating it. The community help center has been completely useless. I've posted questions, searched for questions, and I've yet to have someone respond or been able to find information that's relevant to my problem.
