More perfume than clothes.

Their clothes look lovely online but unfortunately I won't even be able to try mine on as I can't even bring them inside my house!I made my first purchase from Sezane last year and the item arrived scented which, naturally I assumed must have been from a tried-on return because I never in a million years considered that a company would spray brand new clothes with perfume! Assuming it was a fluke, I tried with a second order last week and found the exact same thing, with the exact same smell so I did some research and found that surely enough, they do spray their clothes with perfume! Wow. I'm not sure whether they're aware of just how many people are allergic to the stuff, but there are a LOT of us. For me, just bringing the box into my house from the doorstep has my heart racing and my throat, eyes and sinuses going crazy. It woke up this morning feeling great, now feel like I have the flu... what an insane thing to risk doing to your paying customers!

My daughter loves theirclothing so I ordered her a dress on 26 Feb It was supposed to arrive via free shipping in 5 to 10 business days. On 14 April she said she still had not received it but because Fed Ex said it had been delivered, it arrived after long waiting Having spent a few hundred £ on reformation clothing I’ve been so disappointed by the quality of clothes. The fabric stretches with use, wrinkles heavily with use. Not what you expect for an expensive, supposedly high-quality product. I was trying to return this Garbage dress to the company I was searching for help from the company and finally, I got this help info which is SEVEN? zero²⁸⁴ three one THREE ONE THE COMPANY They reimburse my dollar on time and helping me to return this clothes back to the company DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS company won't be buying again

Customer service is a joke actually. Website lies about delivery. Still waiting for my order awhile back.Certainly nowhere near stated days on website. Hopefully the product is worth the wait. If not, won’t order there again.
In response to the response: It has been 6 days and counting, not really "at the moment." Although kind, the response was not productive. Find out what is holding up the order that is claimed to be delivered in 2-4 days.

Attention! Please be very careful when you order with them. If you need to return any items,you oughta be prepared to fight to get your money back. I ordered a few items in the first half of February 2021 and I am still struggling to get a refund! I really should have taken all the other reviews that were posted here more seriously.

Sezane received my return 15 working days ago (with proof of receipt provided) but have not issued a refund and are now ignoring my emails.I will not be purchasing from this company again. This is completely unacceptable.
Update: I have now received my refund - I appreciate that this was dealt with promptly after reading my review. Please try to sort out these issues because you sell some very beautiful items. However, customers need to know that they can purchase from you with confidence that unsuitable items can be returned without stress.

Beautiful but smelly

I recently made my first order with Sezane, and while the clothes arrived quickly and were beautiful and of high quality,the entire package was completely saturated with a very strong smelling perfume. I, like many people, am very sensitive to perfume, and within minutes had a bad headache building, and had to quickly put all the clothes back in the box and air out the entire apartment. In order to keep these clothes I would have to wash them multiple times with baking soda, heat treat them, and air them outside for some time before I might be able to get out such strong perfume enough that I could wear them (I've been through this process before, and "good" perfume is designed to be extremely difficult to get rid of). So I was really disappointed. If a company wants to spray their signature scent all over their products, that is their choice, but they need to warn customers on the order page because there are many people who are sensitive to such strong chemicals. Especially people ordering sustainable clothes made from natural materials may be doing so in order to avoid chemicals, and wouldn't appreciate strong perfume being delivered into their homes without warning. Some people love your signature scented boxes. But you are also alienating many other customers unnecessarily. The solution is so simple- please give your customers the option of having their clothes sprayed or not! There are so many beautiful items I would love to be able to order.
