Oh dear! I purchased a set of Persol sunglasses. The delivery was quick and the product well packaged.
However,when I opened the package expecting to find a nice shiny new pair of sunglasses, I found a pair of sunglasses covered in dust and dirt, with the lenses covered in fingerprints! I also found one of the arms on the sunglasses didn't extend properly, which made the two arms look different sizes and bent.
So I investigated the arm problem and found it to be a piece of black string wedged into the joint.
So I removed the string which was obviously left over from some sort of label that was attached and cleaned the sunglasses with a glasses wipe.
I do find it extremely disappointing that a premium product is treated so shabbily by a seller, but more to the point it is then sent out to the customer in this condition!
I'm sure Persol would not be particularly happy that their product has been sent out like that.
Advice, go and buy from elsewhere. Albeit the product wasn't damaged, but it was kept and sent to me in a disgraceful state.

Ordered my ray bans on a bank holiday sunday, they said they would be delivered on the bank holiday monday but that soon changed to tuesday.It didnt bother me as i didnt expect them on a bank holiday. They arrived in pristine condition, very happy with the product and delivery
