This is the worse site. Not only do they charge high fees but they tax your customers with every purchase.This really makes me so angry. Service seems to just get worse and worse day by day. Sort of reminds me of Blackberry we all know where that went.read more

Wish I knew of this site earlier! Took THREE MONTHS to receive an order, tried contacting BOBBIROUND SEVERAL times via FB and email with no reply.Finally disputed the credit card charge. THEN I started receiving shipment notifications from DHL. Product arrived 3.5 months after ordering and it's total crap. I ordered size 2X and got small/med AT BEST. COMPLETELY USELESS AND VERY POOR QUALITY. Not even worth the trouble to send back to China, which is what they're counting on to make $$$.read more

Shopify is basically a scam in my opinion. They try and squeeze out as much money out of you as possible and,to be honest, don't provide enough for what they charge. They charge excessive monthly fees, including charging you to just build your store. Also, once you're 'locked' into their platform, you can't get out without financial losses, for example, if you buy a theme. It's impossible to go over to another platform easily without losing money and going through a lot of hassle. I think that using an independent hosting company, and then installing WooCommerce on Wordpress is better. The learning curve is a bit steeper, but it's worth it, as you won't get hit with all the excessive charges and sneaky cash grabs that Shopify impose and try and get away with.read more

Bought a product 3-4 months from these guys in good faith and it was damage in transit before it got to me.Was a metal wind spinner and was clearly bent in half in transit, so it’s useless and just trash.
Emailed their support and while they apologised saying they were ‘so sorry’ a few times they wouldn’t resend or refund. They asked for photos of package and product all bent, so I thought they were going to do the right thing. In my initial email I stated wasn’t marked ‘Do Not Bend’ and the ‘Fragile’ sticker was wrapped around the front and back with only the F on the front so not clearly marked in my opinion.
They apologised and said they will look into their shipping practices but still refused to refund or resend. Was happy for it to be resent to be honest as bought it and still wanted it.
First unbelievable insulting offer was to take 20% off my next order! Seriously why would I order again from them when first order wasn’t fulfilled. I don’t think they were that sorry!
It also tells me they are happy for a first time customer to their online shop to loose 100% of their purchase price, and think I’ll order again from them! WOW!
Second offer took another week to come after chasing them a few times as many emails back and forth was to only refund 20% of my order. So they are happy for me to loose 80% of my purchase price! Again WOW!
Now they ignore my emails requesting a 100% refund which just gives online / eCommerce stores a bad name. I buy a lot online and these guys are just unbelievable!!!
I’ve had damaged stock in the past the Seller quickly refunded or resent... so I have no idea why this has taken over a month of email back and forth over something so simple and probably costed them 20-30% of my purchase price to purchase
I’m sure they will delete this review when I post on their website, online shop, Facebook and Instagram accounts. But will share on many online review websites first! Just beware of online shops with nasty practices and clearly not about the customer! They obviously need the money more than the customer needs it!
Attached is their refund policy with their business name which is clearly misleading, untrustworthy, unreliable and just a lie!!!
SO BEWARE OF THIS ONLINE SHOP AS THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA OF BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In my opinion this company allows an online seller to commit fraud.Shopify provide NO SUPPORT or assistance to the consumer.
My advice is NEVER purchase from a company using Shopify.com.
If you are a genuine trading company don't use Shopify.com as you will be associated with a multitude of 'businesses' you may not want to be linked with.read more

Shopify flagged my name and card so that most of the regular online shops I buy from refuse to supply me orders anymore.I kept getting refunds and shops contacting me saying shopify have said I'm fraudulent and high risk and not to supply to me. I spoke to my bank, Westpac and Mastercard and their fraud team who all investigated and said there is nothing wrong with my account or card, that shopify have flagged me for no reason whatsoever and that they are in no position to flag a person or account, that they don't see enough info like into a person's bank account to be able to deem someone fraudulent. Of course, there is no way to contact shopify at all, no phone numbers, only way was thru twitter and cause I don't have an account with them, they refused to investigate. So now I can't buy from all my favourite stores. To say I'm pissed off is an understatement. According to my bank, they make money off the processing fees so this is maybe a huge scam by them, obviously as shops try to process me again and when they refund me for being 'fraudulent,' there's another processing fee they collect. I don't have an account with them and my bank has investigated and my card and bank is fine, yet they can flag me and stop me shopping. I will do everything in my power to make sure people know how evil this company is.read more

I am setting up a website and so far it works nicely and is easy to setup. I have had my first positive experience with the support.The only reason for not giving 5 stars so far, is that I had to buy an .se domain name elsewhere and point it to shopify, probably because I am not from sweden. However I am looking forward to give 5 stars as I move on with the website.read more
