Item is horrendous, arrived in a box that was wet and decomposed, leading to the fabric on the item having a stench that is completely intolerable and that filled up my entire flat.Managed to make initial contact with a service representative, who asked me to email them so arrangements could be made for a courier to pick up the item. Two days later and no response...I have another week to get this item returned. At this rate I'd pay someone to take it away. A horrible stressful experience. I should have paid more heed to the reviews on here.

I placed an order the 16 May by internet with all items in stock and called to confirm all items were in stock.The 20 May I called Sklum whom reconfirmed all was in Stock and will be transported. The 27 May I called Sklum whom told me there were 2 items out of stock and my order is blocked. They did not contact me to communicate the problem & as a result I have no furniture in my agency. Worst customer services and delivery service - Not recommeded

Don't risk it. I was delivered, what I suspect, had been delivered to 2 other people at least before me.Scratched, dented and no instructions even if I had wanted to put it together. I am still waiting for a refund 3 months later.
