Quality of a company is visible how they deal when a problem arise, well slush_pool demonstrated their Support Team agent are incompetent and exceptional stubborn,unwilling to go any length to help ( forget the extra mile), so be careful all good till all is good but any inconvenient might cost you $$$ (p.s maybe I have been unlucky to have to deal whit the agent Adam who refused to pass my concerning to a higher level even after I made him aware of his incompetence)******* the problem was I Lost my phone and do not have google authenticator, while other companies have managed to help me whit a long and tedious procedure, sushpool support team didn`t even suggested a procedure that is in the help page and basically told me to have lost $600, imagine how frustrating.

Terrible company. Yesterday I lost my all BTC coin, as per slush pool someone hacked my account (both slush pool and Gmail )and changed my wallet address and transfer the amount in 1 min of duration. How it is possible, I am getting all notification on my mobile immediately even if some access my Gmail from different IP location. But I have not received any notification. Only I have received final mail the all the coins have been transferred to some address. I have immediately contacted customer care of slush pool. After 2-3 hours they replied someone hacked your account and we can't do anything. They are big cheaters and liers. Even I have checked with Gmail customer care; they confirmed that my Gmail account had not been accessed outside. No sites immediately approve the wallet address and transfer the coins within 1 min.
