No Common Sense - Endless Duplication & Fees

Almost every courier company uses Sterling and asks for the exact same information - BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME you must tediously repeat the ENTIRE process over and over again from the beginning.Sterling refuse to acknowledge IN DATE dbs checks issued by THEMSELVES - each time saying 'every company has a unique requirement'. This is a load of rubbish, the process & information is almost always identical (or lesser than the one before). Why do I need to PAY the post office repeatedly to check the SAME passport & driving license for every application? It's comical. ..... Why don't they just allow you to create an account where you fill in your information once, have documents verified once, and simply add additional actions IF a company requires anything more stringent? It would be quicker, cheaper, less stressful....and it's so simple to facilitate! ...... As it stands, the process is tedious and expensive - putting off people seeing their applications through and delaying starting work. It's a lose-lose situation for Sterling, the employer (Client), and the employee.

Their website feels like it was designed in 2007. By someone who doesn't know how to design websites. Their info section is tedious and set up very poorly.The load times are atrocious. Use any other background provider.
