Had a problem with a faulty eye serum…

Had a problem with a faulty eye serum where the applicator was blocked with a sharp shard of metal.Luckily I realised before I applied it or I would’ve ripped the skin. Been trying to get an answer and some support from the brand since December and been ignored. Tried emails, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Dreadful attitude towards customers. Such a shame as I love the brand but wouldn’t give them my money again.

I really like StriVectin products enough to warrant a 5 star review - but the customer service isn't less than great.They sent the wrong product. I reached out and the issue isn't resolved and I am not sure where it stands 24 days in. Very disappointed that a top ranked and top priced product is lacking in customer service.
