Very very bad! App barely functions and is very buggy.vThey require a €30 euro payment just to use the platform and then additional fees for the tutors themselves.You cant message before organising a meeting, you have to book ome straight away, and if they decline you will still be debited! Shockingly bad and would not recommend to anyone.read more

My experience was not good. First teacher refused, then I got tons of offers I didn't ask for.and i just wanted to say to one teacher "no thank you" - but the system (they call it artificial intelligence for good reasons) immediately sent me an email saying "you have accepted her offer" - which was not true. But the managers processed fairly my complaint, that's equally true.
EDIT: I admit that they accepted reimbursement and i trust they'll do it because I trust humans. what I don't admit, even if it's going to cost me €29, is that "you accepted a professor's proposal." I did not. i just said "no thank you - I need face-to-face, i need more than Zoom for my kid". if being polite it's going to cost me €29, so be it.read more
