Hi, first and foremost, I have been with Nord VPN for years, and have always been satisfied with their services,until last January, when I noticed that I had a hard time connecting and staying connected via their links. Nord vpn gave me a good service, but could not resolve my situation. Since my renewal was close to it's end, I started researching a good vpn alternative. A lot of positive came out for "Surfshark vpn". So, I decided to give it a try. What I loved most, is that they give you a month free to test it and also, lets you pay via paypal, which I prefer compared to credit card. To me that was a must. "Surfshark vpn", has done an amazing job replacing my "Nord vpn" & all the iisues encountered with "Nord vpn" has completely dissapeared with "Surfshark vpn". It's hassle free & once connected, runs very smoothly. Plus you get tips & tricks via email, which is quite informative, (way to go guys & gals ☺). It is slow to get connected at first, but after you are in, it is smooth sailing (this is why I gave it a four star rating). Top of the line ☺

I am far from tech savvy...I know what I want and know what I need. Lisa being the amazing person she is walked me through it.helped me understand where others couldn't. Seriously God bless Lisa, she is brilliant, and by far one of the best CSRs I've ever met. P.S I'm an operations manager of a modestly large firm with 158 CSRs under my belt. I'd hire Lisa in a heartbeat...very cool, very pro., very refreshing. Thank You Lisa. give this girl a raise, she wholehearted deserves it.

I love Surfshark, it has so many server options in every country imaginable, I especially love the kill switch feature that halts all internet traffic if the VPN service fails for any reason.I only wish it was as user friendly for Linux as it is for windows.

vpn seems to work well but google is following me

vpn seems to work well. I started getting inquiries from google when I turn the vpn off and when Iturn it back on google sends me a message saying they have seen strange search requests from my computer and makes me fill out a capture/not a robot window select thing before it allows me to use the internet. Its like they know I'm using a vpn.
