The platform is ok. It serves its purpose. However, customer service is absolute garbage.I caught that my account was billed after my time with the platform was complete, my bad. However, I immediately canceled the account and requested a refund the day my account was charged. They refused to refund. The bank took care of it, though.

The UI is simple and well designed, and has several useful options. I especially appreciated how customer service was easy to reach and helpful with questions and feature requests.I look forward to using new features in the future.

Was in a bit of a bind when needing to collect data from prospective consumers in a card game eventmy company was planning on launching - was really surprised how easy SurveyLegend was to use - took like 2 minutes from downloading the app to being full speed ahead creating my survey. Only bit which took a bit of learning curve was throwing in the platform's Logic Flow utility but even this was a breeze after taking a minute to learn it. Highly recommend & a great tool for any non-tech folks looking to create and collect data quickly and easily.
