Apparently, it's a yearly subscription.
I've created two logos with it a year ago and now I've been charged again.It's a logo that I've downloaded... why am I being charged AGAIN a year later?
I've reached out to support and they won't issue a refund. So basically I've paid for the same thing twice.
If you are going to charge for a subscription service, give me something worth paying.
Don't give me 1 product and then charge me every year just because...

This Company is a rip off; All I wanted to do is create a logo pay for it to be mine and have no additional charges; my paypal is still being charged.STAY AWAY there are many better alternatives.read more

This would be a nice website, BUT if you buy your created Logo , they will charge you with extra money(21 euro in my case) you dont know about or which may be written/hidden in the deepest little corner opf the Website. I tried to contact them, but they didnt answer, oh wonder ^^. Please trust me and dont use their service.
Ps: Tailor Brands pls dont even try to answer to that with a generic "We are so sad this happend :'( " answer, ist pretty clear you know exactly what you are doing :Dread more

AVOID AVOID. If you are a business please avoid this company. I used this company for my business logolast year on the understanding that I purchased just this product to then have a payment taken without consent, notification or even billing for 47.88. For a subscription. The company will only refund half my money as they claim it’s on their website. All be it like any products or services their duty of care is to offer renewals, agree a price and have a contract agreement to which they do not. I am now financially at a loss for a product I do not need. They can not even provide me with headed paper or invoices for my business. Very unclear what my money is being used for.read more
