Telekom is the worst of the worst. I have lag with a 200 mbit/s WiFi, the WiFi disconnects and isn't really stable.The WiFi normally doesn't work for 1-3 hours total a day and they don't know how to fix it. I would give 0 stars if I could. The only recommendation that I can give to everybody thinking about ordering something from them is to NOT simply do it.They have the worst ever service in the world and they don't care about the customer. Even for a simple activation of a prepaid card, I spent 3 days to get an agent to do it online and once I am there, she simply told me that the micro is not working and I have to restart again from a new machine. Then she simply left the online session in a very impolite way. Until now I haven't resolved my problem!read more

I was more or less recruited on the street and wanted to test something other than Vodafone.Since I have not concluded the contract myself on the Internet with 2 clicks, I was punished and did not get the online bonuses. I had to call several times and almost "beg". Now I read up that it is possible to downgrade his Internet after 6-7 months. This is standard at Vodafone!!! When asked at Telekom, the consultant could not tell me anything about it, because she did not know. So watch out at Telekom, they do not try to find the best tariff for YOU, but want the worst possible tariff for you, so that I pay more and get less performance. My internet is always crashing. I paid so much for this service and I can’t get through anywhere.It doesn’t help that I don’t speak German so I’m soooooo stuck. How do I get help? What is the real phone number to call? I’ve lost connection over and over while conducting work meetings at home. This is unacceptable. I need to get this fixed or I need a way to terminate this terrible service.read more

Fastest Customer Service Ever, called one day from several mobile phones, different providers with full coverage.Same guy answered saying he can't hear us on any phone..... Probably we were disturbing him while he was watching the Twilight series. Just changed everything from telekom afterwards and life is much more happier.read more

I have been a customer for so many years with Telekom. I had problem with internetconnection lately and i tried all i could but not able to solve it so I have to call and I made a complain and they try figuring out the problem but they were not able to help me and they decided to send me a technical. Technical came and discover through his machine that the WiFi amplifier in the kids room is faulty and it's affecting WiFi generally in my apartment, technical stayed only maximum 15 mins and guess what I payed € 67 for this. I called and complain about technical cost and they proved to me it's normal. How much i would have payed if he stayed an hour or 2 ?. My advice to people having problem with their Internet is to try as much as possible to solve it themselves. They have good internet but avoid technical helping you out if possible. I still can't understand why services are so expensive in Germany.
Ich bin seit so vielen Jahren Kunde bei der Telekom. Ich hatte in letzter Zeit ein Problem mit der Internetverbindung und versuchte alles, was ich konnte, konnte es aber nicht lösen. Ich musste anrufen und beschwerte mich. Sie versuchten, das Problem herauszufinden, konnten mir aber nicht helfen und beschlossen, mich zu schicken eine technische. Technical kam und entdeckte durch seine Maschine, dass der WiFi-Verstärker im Kinderzimmer defekt ist und das WiFi im Allgemeinen in meiner Wohnung beeinträchtigt. Technical blieb nur maximal 15 Minuten und rate, was ich dafür 67 € bezahlt habe. Ich rief an und beschwerte mich über die technischen Kosten und sie bewiesen mir, dass es normal ist. Wie viel hätte ich bezahlt, wenn er eine oder zwei Stunden geblieben wäre? Mein Rat an Menschen, die Probleme mit ihrem Internet haben, ist, so viel wie möglich zu versuchen, um es selbst zu lösen. Sie haben ein gutes Internet, aber vermeiden Sie technische Hilfe, wenn möglich. Ich kann immer noch nicht verstehen, warum Dienstleistungen in Deutschland so teuer sindread more
