Internet from Telenor is incredibly slow and unreliable, next to that their customer service is awful.I'm suppose to have at least 10 mbit however what they deliver is between 1 and 2 (that is of course if its working and with Telenor thats definitely not a guarantee).read more

This show the arrogance of Dtac Trinet Thailand to not even bother to faceup and reply to their customers reviews for the past 12 month?
I think the score and reviews are the low grain "tip of the Iceberg" as tourist, forigners, and thai people in Thailand fear to much for the dragonistic deformation laws when "Loss of Face" attitude is involved in every aspect by Dtac staff and managment are providing bad service and take no accountability nor transparency nor any truthful feedback in their lack of proclaimed investigations and have need to lie, decisive and misslead NBTC when customer do bring in complaints against Dtac Trinet Cooperation of Thailand and their non functional and decieving reports and customer service ethics ?
This Company's ethics in my point of view as customer is the worst and inept staff and managment that has crossed path with my transparent dealings and communication with interaction and complaints forwarded to NBTC and this mobile phone internet provider as them themself do not have IQ to follow Dtac TriNet Cooperation own Policy Guidelines nor Telenor's Guidelines of ethics while essentially providing non functional service and bad customer service with intimidation lies and ineptness and the list goes on.
Dtac do not even try to run nor provide correct internet service and fradulantly try scam and over billing their customers in order to maximize their profit.
I wonder what steps Telenor Norway need to take to implement strict conduct to strive to rectefy such inept customer service behaiviour that this mobile phone provider company as Dtac TriNet Cooperation implement in their every day missconduct?.
NBTC in Thailand is the Governments own Department Agency who controls and have the responsibilities to act upon all Thailand's Nation Mobile operators to strict follow Thailand's Goverments Polices and Guidelines, Laws and Regulations.
Ohh.. but then again with the Hub of ineptness such Cooperation makes up it own sets of rules?read more

This is the worst mobile company in Norway. They position themselves as "the most expensive connection-the highest level of services".In reality, you have to constantly monitor the bills, because Telenor sells you services without your consent, and you will pay for what you did not buy. Inadequately high prices not only for the disgusting service and attitude to customers, but also at official points of sale. I bought a safety glass for 499. It seemed to me that this is too high a price. So I decided to check the prices online. It turns out that the usual price of this glass is 259. The next day, I came to the store with this brand-new glass in its packaging and with a receipt, and politely asked for my money back, as the price is twice as high as the real one. To which I received a firm refusal, which was explained by the policy of Telenor. Guys, I can see that your business is quite bad, since you refuse to return money even for a new protective glass! (it's not a smartphone, it's not a computer, it's just stupid glass!). I haven't been a Telenor customer for six months now. And I'd rather stay out of connection than go back to those scammers again!read more

I have used my 14 days right of withdrawal because of unstable internet lately. No reply, no message,no info on what to do, nothing. I am not shocked when I read about their customer service in general. Sad.read more

Totally crapy service and rude customer service. All they do is putting more stuff into your subscription to pay more as much as they can.Bunch of fraud
Just switched to One call, way better.. get the same services i had from “Telenor” and even better network and more GB for 700 less than i had to pay to those fraud.read more
