Terrible post sales process. False advertising (“birth” nappies) completely different fit my average size baby - 8.5lbs!Was told my baby was “small”! When he did grow, nappies still didn’t fit. Tried to return items still in packaging. Advised - rudely - to sell on Facebook! No returns! No credits! No apologies! Lost over £300 - do not buy - rip off!read more

I've ordered a few times from The Nappy Gurus and I continue to order from them. They have a greatstock of cloth nappies and continue to get new items in stock.
Their delivery time is quick and the same day dispatch before a certain time has never failed for me. Everything is packaged nicely. I've never had any issues in all the orders I've made, an excellent company.
