I purchased the Raspberry Pi 400 Personal Computer Kit back in April, and through circumstances out of Pi Huts control,my order never arrived. I kept in contact with their amazing customer service and are sending another one. Despite the length of time it has taken for my order to arrive, their customer service staff have been top notch and through their actions will keep me as a customer!

I highly recommend The Pi Hut. My firt priority for choosing who to buy from is customer service.Before I bought from The Pi Hut I checked their support forum and I was impressed with the level of support and service that they go to.
I have built quite a few home automation systems over the last year or so and I buy everything that I need from The Pi Hut now. The prices are lower than the competition, the product range is (for me) comprehensive, delivery is always 24 hours and the product quality is first class.
I have used the support forum a couple of times. The first time I received an answer within 24 hours, it was clear, concise and satisfied my query exactly. The second time I explained to them how I had mishandled a componet, I was asking if they were able to repair the damage that I had done. They replied offering a free replacement as a good will measure. You can't ask for better than that.

PiHut is without the best supplier of maker goods and they are my preferred supplier for the RPi.Their prices are competitive and product range excellent plus when occasionally things go wrong their customer service is excellent and the returns process is both efficient and easy to use, they are one of the best suppliers I have used.
