After inquiring about a replacement for a favorite shirt bought over 10 years ago I was informed that it was not available,but that they would attempt to revive the design for me and get back within a few days. They followed up to inform me that it was available and I reordered. Good outcome and good communication.read more

Not sure how everyone is contacting them? I placed an order a while back and I have not received a confirmation email and the product has yet to come...but the charge is on my credit card.I've emailed them twice and only got an automated response that somebody will get back to me. Now I am going to need to call my credit card company and fight the charge unless there is a phone number that I can use. The phone number that is next to threadless on my credit card bill is out of service...very shady.read more

Threadless has hugely declined in quality…

Threadless has declined in quality massively.
I have a large collection of Threadless t-shirts (over 60)and as of the last 3 years the quality has gone down the toilet.
Large prints done with ink that remains sticky, sticks to itself and the print disintegrates over just a few months.
The last 2 purchases ("coffee rainbow", "home is where the coffee is", and a few more) have had the bottom hem of the t-shirt unstich/unravel after a single wear. In addition to the print quality reduction.read more

I have been buying Threadless shirts and merch since 2005. I've purchased at least 50 shirts from them over the years and they do a great job.On the rare occasion when something funky happens and they get something wrong - Threadless will make it right. Their help team are fantastic and will make sure you end up a satisfied customer at the end of the day.read more
