My son's 1 year old £200 watch was losing time so we went online to exercise the 2 year warranty.Upon completing our contact information, within 48 hours Tissot sends a free pre-paid parcel so as to return the faulty watch. We have now sent 2 completed forms the last one being on 22nd March 2021 but still no pre-paid parcels. The latest email received was from Ms. Jenni Buswell (Customer Care Executive!) based in Southampton informing us that the package should arrive within 3-5 working days. There is nobody in the office to phone due to Covid. What else can we do but write a poor review on Trustpilotread more

Beware - Tissot nor its shops will tell you but at least some of its battery models have to be returned to the manufacturer or an authorised repairer just to fit a new battery.Check before you buy!
I did complain to the UK center but just got a standard reply about where I can send the watch.read more

Tried to change the battery myself on my Tissot Touch. Watched the usually YouTube’s on the matter and adhered to the instructions.Tried it and failed. Emailed Tissot UK. No quibble response. The emailed back saying that they would send a reply paid envelope and a special transportation box to return the watch to them. The package arrived promptly and the watch has been returned. It’s a work in process And I will update but so far EXCELLENT response.read more
