It is 2218 hours, my wife is at the airport, cannot connect via the app with Uber, error 'no connection',she is able call me and i can call her, phone has five bars. Uber drivers at the Atlanta airport are unable to assist her. I am trying to get through to Uber for direct assistance; well that in of itself is an adventure, I do not have the Uber app, there is also experts on line; so to get to an expert via typing, have to join for one dollar, then fifty dollars a month, well it states that one can cancel anytime, however I would venture an educated guess that the connection for assistance will cost fifty dollars. this is not customer service, it is customer dis-service. Hence have to pay to play, this is not a review about the drivers, they have always been great decent people, this is about Uber and the crummy service, at least with a taxi cab company one can talk with a dispatcher, a bit more money yes, but one gets customer service.

Not easy to update an expired debit card: one week later, I'm still locked out. Also, no customer service line to assist riders. Pretty darn useless

The debit card I used for my Uber account expired on January 1 2022. I'd forgotten about this and ordered a ride on 1/2/22,and was unable to do so. The following Monday, I obtained a new card with the same number and different expiration date and CV code. No biggie, I thought, and attempted to update said card, only to learn that it was not as simple as entering that information, as no "update card" option existed in the app. I exhausted all of the problem options. I also learned that Uber doesn't operate a customer service rider number--just a safety line and another for drivers. This is SUPREMELY UNHELPFUL.

Ubereat owes me € 12, give me back my money, you thief. big disappointment again.a promotional code which is taken into account at the start of the order but ended up being withdrawn when I place the order, CUSTOMER SERVICE: I spoke with the first advisor who emailed me to the second who emailed me to the third who told me I couldn't be helped and directly ended the conversation without warning.

Terrible service from Uber I ordered Burger King at the beginning of the week from them and it wascold I then ordered a couple days later from the same place but with Deliveroo and it was perfect and yet again tonight from Uber it is freezing cold, only ordered from them because it was closed on Deliveroo definitely suggest Deliveroo over Uber. Also for the temperature of the food you get no refund yet it is inedible.

Would give 0 stars!This company is such a joke and their support staff appears as beyond thick!They just make up answers as they go if you ask something.My driver didn't turn up yesterday. He didn't even cancel. The trip just disappeared from the app. Then I got an email notification saying I did not wear a face mask during the trip. I always wear a face mask but it's pretty impossible to wear a face mask on a trip that did not happen and didn'teven get cancelled. Uber's response to this:Wearing a face mask protect others around you and that they are sorry if my trip got caught cancelled if I was wearing a face mask.They're taking the absolute mick and could just say the email was sent in error. The incompetence is on Boris Johnson level at Uber.

If I could give a review of zero I would.Ordered at 1:07pm time slot keeps changing.It’s now 14:23pm.Phoned Uber eats to complain he says he can see it’s exceeded time of 45 minutes , I can cancel and refund .Attitude, that does not help when there are people waiting to eat.Finally came at an hour & half later . Stone cold.Receipt on packages was picked up at 13:57pm.Got it at 14:40pm.Absolutely rubbish, voting with my feet will never use again.Will never use Uber eats again.
