Financial Integration is poor

Financial Integration is poor. I was sold this as a one stop shop but it is far from it.Unleashed doesn't take FX into account, as well as Sales commissions from integrated sales channels.
Essentially it only 'half cooks' integrations and doesn't actually properly integrate Xero or Amazon.

With a recent update Unleashed fixed a problem we had. This took less than a month.The customer service by Heather was absolutely fantastic! She addressed my need and gave a clear answer. Really impressed.
The reason it is only 4 stars is because the first Unleashed support worker, Alan, did not read or understand what I was asking and it was only thanks to Heather's work that I made progress with my enquiry.

I came across Unleashed on a webinar focusing on hospitality/retail sector with one person on the panelgiven a great review and also then speaking to another business owner in my industrial estate they explained how Unleashed had transformed her business. So I felt happy to move forward with them.
Due the pandemic I have changed the model of my business from events and casual dinning kiosk stands in central London to home delivery meal kits. This has started from scratch I had zero experience within inventory or logistics software so it's been a big learning curve.
I was given an onboarding manager Amber who guided me through every step of the process in an extremely professional way, when we starting taking orders via the e-commerce platform she went out of her way to create time as quick as possible to have an online meeting to overcome any problems together.
My business is now growing and the features of Unleashed a being able to be utilised more each day and I think for the value per month I'm extremely happy, there are of course so feature that I wish were possible but i'm still able to preform the task required with alot of ease.
The only stand out issue that I have come across is that my business the customer is able to select a specific delivery date on my shopify site, however, this information doesn't get pushed through, however, my web designer is in the process of using the Unleashed API to make this possible as I'm sure most businesses using Unleashed sent out deliveries as soon as the order is place.

The Unleashed Support Team have been really awesome. In particular Heather who has been amazing,always coming back to me really promptly and with easy to follow instructions/steps to queries or questions I have raised. Not only this but she also made sure she followed up after a couple of days to make sure that I had understood everything and to see if I had any questions. A great support team and I know I can always rely on them for their prompt action and support.

First Class in every way

Two aspects to this review. First the system and can only say it has been first class to date.Flexible when required and the more you use the more you learn and ultimately get more out of it. For sales, purchase orders, production management, B2B stores, integration with Amazon etc and also specifically invoices that are Brexit compliant the system is excellent.
The support we have had from first David was first class as we were agreeing to take the system and getting to know it. We had specific requirements which he took time to understand.
Then re the onboarding Amber has been faultless. Always fascinating to see someone who knows their product inside out and whatever the question is can answer without hesitation and with confidence. It’s tell me they are on top of their game and the training and support they have had is excellent.
It’s how it should be but all too rare.
So in every respect we would recommend Unleashed and every credit to the team we have interacted with who have been excellent.
