Extremely happy with quality and service

Ordered V2 sit/stand desk and a bunch of accessories- everything was shipped on the same day.Received everything 3 days later except table top (that took 6 days). When I placed the order expected shipping time was 7-10 business days... I ordered the Acacia Butcher block upgrade & it is beautiful and better than I expected it would be. Moves up and down quickly, easily, and quietly. Completely worth the investment! Highly recommend for anyone who is working remotely at home. I also recommend the Motion-X board and Motion stool. Bonus: my cat loves sleeping in the free under desk hammock I got!

terrible customer service. Total flakes- nobody calls back or does what they say they will.A rep named Jackson sort of did but dealing with the company has been a disaster- incredible stress for nothing. Desk order was messed up and I had to wait a month for my top. Then it took forever (weeks) to get refund. I have been waiting for a callback from a manager for a month- literally. They were going to send me a drawer. Never happened. Particularly bad was a rep named Andy who literally flaked 4 times after assuring me follow up. Anyhow, the desks are fine. But I would recommend any competitor, or second hand. Dealing with these guys is very frustrating. Terribly run business.
