I was really looking forward to receiving the portrait in the mail, but the picture I received doesn’t look like my dog at all except for the colors.I went back and looked at the photo I submitted to see if maybe it was an error on my part, but it doesn’t even look much like the photo. They changed the shape of his face and made him look like he’s very overweight when he is a slender dog. They also changed his expression so now it just looks like he’s sad. I’m very disappointed that I spent so much and it looks so bad I’m not even going to hang it up.read more
