I am shopping from YOOX since 2014, and I usually was offered a free shipping (to Greece).But obviously now YOOX has changed its policy and charges standard shipping costs on EVERY purchase. Disappointing... Hope it's temporary

An update on my previous review, which was appalling. Trying to return a parcel to YOOX since Brexit which was finally returned to myself almost 3 calendar months later,all correct documents attached. I then tried sending again to YOOX and guess what?!?! the parcel is now in limbo!!!! YOOX do not want to hep and reading reviews and other experiences this is common practice, no one can get their return parcels back. Someone mentioned YOOX are refusing the information to the courier for the parcels to be released, therefore we do not stand a chance to get our refunds!!!!!!!!! YOOX will again reply to this review but again will do nothing!

Dear Yoox,
I have been a fan of Yoox and have bought regularly over many years pre-Brexit.
HOWEVER....there is clearly no longer an email attached to your UK customer service and that made me immediately wary. I then went on Trustpilot and after reading all the reviews I feel I can no longer make an order with confidence - so you have lost another loyal customer.
My sister also used to shop at Yoox and I have told her not to - she’s a single parent so can’t afford to lose money on non-refunded returned items.
Frankly, I am too scared to place an order although there are several items I would like purchase.
Sort it out as you will soon lose much of your UK market and by the reviews online you deserve to.

WARNING! DO NOT SHOP ON YOOX IF YOU ARE FROM THE UK. Returned something 23rd Feb, still no refund,10 or so calls to customer services and UPS, and no one can help. I messaged on instagram and they blocked me. I returned something else a few weeks ago, also no refund on that yet.

Didn't want to do this as prior to the shipping issue's I had had no problems with YOOX however sincethe introduction of new rules due to Brexit I have had a parcel in limbo since the 14th February!!!!! It had been returned back to me on at least 3 occasions and the final time it was sent from the UK the paperwork was 100% correct as supplied by YOOX themselves. Customer service has been a variety of helpful and not so helpful and so far I have wasted at least 3 hours of my time , re packaging and re sending this back to them, chasing UPS, calling and emailing both their CS & UPS. I am the one having to chase UPS although they are the UPS customer NOT ME. So as of 5th April my parcel is still stuck somewhere, I have no refund for the goods sent back for the first time nearly 2 month's ago and customer service have taken to just ignoring all my correspondence by sending irrelevant or generic responses. Shame, service was pretty good until we hit a hitch.

I placed an order on Yoox on 30 January, with a value of c. £920. During transit the order was apparently lost by the delivery company.I have contacted Yoox countless times to find out when I will receive a refund. On 13 March the delivery company reported the parcel as lost to Yoox. Since then I have sent countless emails but received no reply. I think this is appalling customer service from a company as large as Yoox. I have been a customer of Yoox for many years and have found their customer service unhelpful, their refunds slow and packages often delivered half open. Never again.

I would seriously advise against buying from Yoox unless you want to get involved in a long running nightmare with no obvious ending.They use UPS who fail to deliver returns - they lose the customs documents and keep the parcel in their warehouse for weeks/months, despite being sent the documents again. It’s impossible to speak to anyone who has any concept of the truth, I was transferred by UPS to another department and hung on for I hour 40 minutes until I gave up. I emailed both UPS and YOOX about this and nobody has got back to me. When YOOX leave responses on Trustpilot they are just a sham, they don’t actually do anything. They just don’t care. They should be reported for the way they conduct their business. I’ll never buy from them again.

Another one-star review because yet again YOOX has failed to respond to extra information they asked for on TrustPilot (info for missing return orders sent following TrustPilot requests four times already; not heard from YOOX for months - only a generic email six weeks ago saying my issues were being dealt with; got the same email seven months ago. It is not nor has ever been 'dealt with', only avoided and shrouded in silence despite myriad emails to their help@ address. Nor have they responded truthfully to questions raised: the opposite. Disegenuosly they've tried to leave the impression (to other potential YOOX clients) they deal with problems. They don't. They avoid them, hiding behind a wall of silence.
