Can't get basic information straight

I ordered shoes from Zappos last month and never received confirmation, although I was billed.After several texts, emails, and phone calls I found out that they had an old business email from 7 years ago. I requested that they update the email and the person with whom I spoke said that he'd take care of it. Same thing just happened again, and after numerous texts, emails, messages, each one requested all the same information, including charge card digits. Turns out that my request seems incredibly complicated to Zappos and seemed to flummox each person with whom I was in touch. I cancelled order (and of course billed for it).

I have owned authentic Boots for a long time. I just opened up my delivery. I could tell right away that they did not look right.The box was a brown box that looked like it came from China, not a Hunter box. I could not even get my foot in it..this company used to be good, I am sending them back.I reach the company on this HELP ????? ???? ???? ???? ??? one seven two four five THE COMPANY CARE TEAM WAS AWESOME IN HELPING ME TO SENT BACK THIS CRAP, GARBAGE SHOES BACK TO THE COMPANY AND MY DOLLAR WAS INITIATED TO ME AT FIRST I AM REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS

If your thinking of zappos just go to amazon. Same product, uses amazon fulfillment.At least with amazon you have some control if a package is lost. Zappos customer service is zero help!
