I have been waiting almost a month for my wedding invites to come and I still haven't recieved them.I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered them as it seems people have had the same problem. However my wedding is in less than 2 weeks and i haven't got any invites to send out to my guests I am outraged by this and feel like my day has been ruined before it's even begun.read more

I was expecting two luxury thick foam bathmats but what I received were two very thin bathmats.They came scuffed up instead of smooth from the packaging. For the price I paid for them I was very disappointed. But I do love the colors of them. Matches my colors in the bathroom.read more

I ordered a set of invitations with expedited shipping, to arrive within 5 business days.Zazzle said my order had shipped several days ago and would arrive on a Thursday, but FedEx’s website said Friday... I thought the discrepancy was weird so I looked at the tracking history on FedEx’s website, and it said they had only received label information thus far. I called Zazzle and their customer support tried to say the order was lost in transit, which I told them that it wasn’t because FedEx hadn’t even received my order yet. They were very insistent that it was just lost but that it had shipped, and they would send a replacement. I had to prompt her for a refund of the expedited shipping cost I paid ($31) and ask for an ETA of when I could expect my new order, and if I would be getting some sort of email confirmation confirming this new order. Kind of irritating that they weren’t just forthcoming with that. They agreed to issue a refund and send me an email confirming a replacement. Upon getting the replacement email, I noticed they didn’t create a NEW Order # or Tracking #. Later that night, I checked the FedEx Tracking # of my original order and *all of a sudden*, FedEx received my order and was preparing to ship it.
Only giving Zazzle 2 stars for agreeing to refund my expedited shipping cost, but the fact that they lied and said the order was lost in transit instead of being forthcoming about not having shipped it makes me not want to use them again. This is especially frustrating when you’ve paid for expedited shipping for a deadline and are counting on that date to get the invitations sent out. Will be giving other companies my business from now onread more

Great experience with the company. At first I had an issue and was disappointed but Gail reached out to me and corrected the error personally and followed they until the end.I recommend this order. Make sure to crop photos appropriately and look at sample to ensure it’s how u want your item to be.read more
