Zocdoc could be something great but it is not. It incorrectly states that doctors are in network when they are not.This causes people like me who don’t want to pay out of network costs to cancel our appointments and be left without care. I deleted the Zocdoc app and am only going to use Aetna’s app to find providers that I can be sure are in my network. This is a poor experience for both the user and the provider and could really do some extreme damage monetarily speaking for users like me who just want to ensure in network providers. 0 stars. Never using again.

Like everyone else, they confirmed my appointment and then canceled it just when it was too late to try for another.Crummy system that should never have been used for something as important as Covid vaccine appointments. Thanks for nothing, Zocdoc.
