The Zoom support AI does a great job of NOT helping and keeping me from solving any problem.It is as STUPID as F*@#$!!! It cannot answer any questions at all. I ask to speak to a human and it gives me a thumbs up and then asks me AGAIN why I am connecting. It says to enter my email address and it says it can't find that, I say HUMAN, thumbs up, why are you calling, OVER AND OVER. There is no way to get beyond it! I am in my account and have the right email address. Even if I did not, I should be able to connect to a real person to resolve why it cannot be found. It is a useless waste of my time.read more

I just upgraded to Zoom Pro United to add a phone line to my zoom account. It is the worst user experience to figure out.IT doesnt automatically configure nor setup your account. Once you buy it, you have to configure it yourself and assign a number to yourself.
That would still be bad, if it worked, but when I go to assign a user or assign the package to myself (I am an account of one person), all of the drop-down menus are EMPTY and say "No Data".
I have contacted technical support and gotten dropped 6 times because they ask me to click on something with the same answers that have never worked, and then the Chat system disconnects. When I try to get back to the original chat rep, they are never available or answer their own reps about gettting back engaged.
So, I have to start the story all over again and end up getting sent to the same documents that I was previously sent to...
I have never received such lousy interactions, slow and canned only responses, and untrained people in any other business. They are not ready to support anything else right now....read more

Excellent Zoom service
Due to the epidemiological situation, school and work communication have moved online,respectively, communication and lessons should be as similar as possible to the usual process. Remote work and distance learning appeared long before the pandemic. But then it was just additional features. Now it is a necessary reality. This is where the wonderful Zoom service comes to our rescue.
By far the biggest plus is of course free to use, of course, there are some time limits, but these free features are enough to use.
Secondly, you can log in both from your computer and from your phone. It is, of course, better for the conference organizer to log in from a computer in order to be able to share the screen, etc.
Zoom is one of the best in distance learning. And for me the best. Since already the basic level allows you to work with an audience of up to one hundred people. Which is very cool in itself. In addition, the uninterrupted conference time is 40 minutes. And it's all free!
The service also maintains a high level of security. All conferences have their own ID - number and password.
Zoom is incredible. If you are an educator, lecturing at Zoom is certainly not a substitute for a classroom session, but in spirit, it is very close.read more

Zoom support is worse than useless. I have a paid account and there is only chat support who repeat whatever you tell them as if it's news - while you wait and wait and wait between comments.If i had ANY OTHER CHOICE, i would stop using Zoom - the last meeting effectively lost me a client with HORRIBLE quality.read more

Can I give less than one star? How about negative stars? My account was hacked over a month ago.Someone got access and then changed my user name and password and proceeded to upgrade the account to multiple premium subs, resulting in over $4k in credit card charges. I still cannot get Zoom to close the account or even return calls/emails.
Working with my credit card company to dispute the charges, meanwhile I keep getting invoices from Zoom.read more

Zoom should have come out of the pandemic better than all its competitors. Instead it is the worst customer service in the history of mankind.

I have been a paying Zoom subscriber for over one year, and while I can appreciate that they havechallenge given Covid- their complete lack of support and the little glitches that have been occurring is just not acceptable. I will be evaluating alternatives this week and hope to be off of Zoom soon.read more
