A 1-800-Got-Junk truck cut across 2 lanes of traffic and almost side swiped me today at Granville and 70th in Vancouver BC it was a case of I’m bigger than you so I don’t care.Well I had my 4 lb dogs in the car and they went smashing through the back of the car seats and almost broke their necks. Very dangerous driving, careless and rude to cut someone off like that with your dangerous driving. Me and my friend driving with me were stunned. Will make it our mission to spread the word about your terrible company with rude and inconsiderate employees causing danger to people. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Hi. This is Dorene Scott. I had the pleasure of an encounter with three men clearing out my shed among other things.All three were professional, polite, and motivated to do the best job they could. Ben, Sean, and a new young man jumped right in and went above and beyond, in my opinion. They took everything I wanted "gone" and then a bit more. The new man didn't show that he was new. Very energetic and extremely accommodating to myself an my daughter. I would highly recommend this company for the enthusiasm and positivity and a job well done. They left no trace.

Speedy service but pricing is a scam.

I used this today to get rid of things that had accumulated in my storage.
I booked a junk pickup through the website,where it said that the pricing would be determined as the truck arrives and sees the junk.
I only had a single cart full of junk, but the estimate I got was $168.
On the plus side,
the folks who came out were nice, the service was speedy and on-time (form ordering the pickup to the arrival of the truck was only 30 minutes).
On the minus side,
I can't describe the strategy of determining the costs once the truck is already there and everything is in motion towards getting rid of the trash in any other words than "scam".
I could have easily paid another 1 or 2 months rent for the storage from that money and taken care of things bit by bit myself.
