They dont respond to emails. They've prolonged my subscription automatically even thou,two months before Ive clearly stated that after initial subscription period (3months) was over I wont be using their services anymore and they cant without my consent prolong the agreement. Paypal gave me my money back, but they are still trying to bill me for something i didnt use.read more

I am being charged for 3 months after I cancelled my subscription. Support won't do anything about it,they keep saying the same thing over and over again. I do not recommend involvement in any type of service with them!read more

Service is solid enough to be fair, customer service is responsive enough as well and the people seem easy to deal with.However, the reason for the one star is the awful interface, and the absolute worst experience trying to cancel a subscription - it says cancel 14 days before hand - I have cancelled numerous times over the past 3 months and it just keeps charging me. Advise on the site is to write a letter or FAX them to cancel. I am sorry but any server/tech company who recommends you FAX them is a big avoid in my view.read more
