Non-existent customer service.

I am very disappointed with All - Accor live limitless non - existent customer service.I have had no response to the emails, I’ve sent - concerning the U.K government placing Turkey on the red list and subsequently Turkish air lines cancelling all flights from Uk to Turkey. This impacts our hotel booking (KJHLCBHF) via ALL - Accor Live limitless. We are entitled to a full refund under the consumer protection act in the U.K. It’s extremely frustrating not being able to contact All - Accor live limitless customer services nor responding to emails.

Dreadful Customer Service with Accor/Sofitel

I booked at the Sofitel Heathrow for a night's stay and to have my PCR test before a very important flight.A week before I was due to leave, my reservation was cancelled by the hotel four days after they had learned that the Government was taking over the hotel for quarantine purposes. The person at Accor/Sofitel told me that they would make an alternative booking for me at the Hilton Garden Inn Terminal 2 (at a special rate because of all the disruption). When I did not receive a confirmatory email for the new booking by the following day (and because I had had previous experience of Sofitel's sloppiness), I rang the Sofitel central bookings; after holding on for 25 minutes, I was asked to ring the Hilton directly; there I spoke to the receptionist who told me that there was no record of me or any booking at the hotel. Just as we were trying to work out a solution and endless hanging on, the line went dead. So I rang the hotel back and spoke to someone else who, after a while, booked me in manually; I then held on until I received a confirmatory email from her. There was no mention of course of the discounted rate or breakfast etc. Had I not followed my instinct and checked up, I would have had nowhere to stay, nor a PCR test, and therefore no flight. Accor's lack of concern for clients and poor systems are really appalling and I am deeply disappointed with their service.

NO Payment Guarantee, an Embarrassment of a chain

As gold memebers, we booked a room directly through the All Accor. Within a few hours,we found a cheaper room by 20% elsewhere. We immediatly sent the rates to Accor as directed for the payment guarantee+ 10% additional discount for Fairmont. The individual hotel refused to even match the price, so we contacted Accor customer service and it has been two weeks of follow ups and headaches without any solution. We are lucky enough to have booked on the other website and both bookings offer free cancellation. I could not imagine the frustration I would've gotten had I trusted their guarantee. There should be a law regarding them flaunting this empty promise!

Bad things never end in Novotel Bandung

When I stayed at the Novotel Hotel Bandung, there were some things I didn't expect to happen and in my opinion were fatal because they were related to health.Moreover, with this Covid 19 pandemic period, the hotel should make a feeling of safety and comfort while staying at the hotel. But what happened was that it made me disappointed, very disappointed. What I experienced was a blood stain on the bed sheet, and according to the clarification of the hotel concerned that my room had passed the check. after this the hotel manager ( Ms Ledy ) came to my hotel room and explained her regret for what happened and offered to replace the bed linen in the room. In my heart I speak, is it true to speak like that? if the blood stain turns out to be on the mattress and sticks to the new sheet, won't that be a problem for me. I can only think is this hotel as safe and comfortable as the ALL SAFE logo on it? Finally I was transferred to another room and had to wait a long time. Before moving to the new room, I had a chance to reiterate whether the room was confirmed there was nothing else that made me unsafe and uncomfortable. It's been confirmed that everything has been checked and it's okay, that's what I was told. Finally I tried to check all the points and finally I found that the previous guest had eaten salted eggs and there were still salted eggs left in the refrigerator. Finally I have nothing else to say about it, and just hope that this might all be me who is unlucky and also I would like to say thank you to Ms Ledy and Ms Mia who already accommodated my complaint.

Do not book reservation via Accorhotel

Has anyone been able to get in touch with customer service? I have been trying to get a refund fromreservation cancellations made from 07.04.21 only got an email to acknowledge receipt of email but no respond form them yet. The only mistake I made is to become a member as begin a member is a nightmare, as you actually get treated worse. if this reservation were done via booking,com my refunds will have been return within 5 days. I will never book any reservations through accorhotel again and will be deleting my membership whenever I get my refund I wish I can give zero star as they have taken over £500 from account and no sign of getting refunded. My bank suggested i wait for a response, when will that be I wonder?

the accor all membership is rubbish it doesn't work the member rate has disappeared when i entermy membership number it won't show the member price i enter my membership number it shows the same price as online sites i enter my Gold accor all member number it shows the price but doesn't say member rate i looked on Expedia it had the same price as accor all with my Gold membership number

PAYMENT GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS

This booking system is not recommended- The payment guarantee doesn’t work - Do not make an advance payment for better prices as the refund is not paid by Accor even when legitably cancelled.They refer you to the hotel who hasn’t honoured the guarantee and still has my money. ALWAYS use Booking.com for hotels as you do get your refund without any argument.
