I purchased few items on a gift card back in August 2020. I received my lingerie in a very cute box and I was extremely satisfied with the purchase.Very sexy and comfortable at the same time! Love it! However, instead of charging full balance of the gift card, they charged partly the gift card and a small amount on my credit card. I tried contacting costumer service and for some reason I didn't have luck resolving the issue. I think the main reason was the time difference. I went out of the country and forgot about it. Almost a year later in May 2021 I was going over my credit card statements, I saw the charge from Agent Provocateur and I realized that I have forgotten about the balance left on the gift card. I contacted customer service and I left a message. Lara emailed me the next day and assisted me with the refund. Agent Provocateur has an excellent customer service and cares about their customers satisfaction! Fabulous product as well! Thank you!

This will never not be my favourite place for high end lingerie! The pieces are so beautiful,with such intricate details. Orders always come quickly and packaged nicely. The quality is so high. They offer such a range of pieces to suit anyone’s wants. Literally perfect! I’m on the website daily dreaming of owning everything on it!

This company is a disgrace - while the products may be high quality - the customer services are absolutely appealing.The staff are rude and arrogant not to mention disrespectful. The company is totally incapable of processing returns/exchanges or refund and the customer services team simply make up lies or nonsense every time they are contacted. At the end of the day folks you sell pants expensive pants and yet you feel you can treat your loyal customers of many years like second class worthless people. Total disgrace never ever again will I use or recommend this company.
