I ordered and paid for a product in early November for a Christmas gift. I am still waiting.Their support/customer service stinks. I have called several times and keep getting a recording and I emailed this time. Wonder if I will here from them.

I've bought a few products here

I've bought a few products here, but either the price is unreasonably high, or the product is not of the quality you'd expect. It's a niche market and it's supposed to make you feel special and in the know, but it's not for me.

Prices have been marked up.

They have a wide selection of great products. However! I used to buy quite a bit of skincare on their site, they had a ton of wonderful, niche brands. Over the past few months hs, I've noticed they marked up the prices to OVER retail. Meaning even with the coupons they have, your total price is more than everywhere else. So do your research before you buy. (For example, the serum I looked at was selling for $131, the retail everywhere else is $115. Quite a mark up).
