Please stay away from this company. I ended the contract with them signing a Kündigung the first of January 2021 (so my bills must have ended in December 2020),I received bills AFTER the contract ended WHICH I PAID, now I have lawyers from a company who collect money asking me 110 euro for them. I've been called once from Allianz cause I needed explanation and the guy couldn't speak English so he said I'll receive another call from a colleague and I never received the call, now because they are total incompetent I have to pay even more money. To call them and speak with somebody is obviously IMPOSSIBLE because they are unreachable as usual. If you want an advice, choose a different company if you don't want to waist your money and destroy your nerves. I can attach all the documents which proofs exactly what happened (screenshot from my bank with payment of December and January the letter from the lawyers, also the Kündigung).
Ich beendete den Vertrag mit der Unterzeichnung einer Kündigung am 1. Januar 2021 (meine Rechnungen müssen also im Dezember 2020 geendet haben). Ich erhielt Rechnungen nach Vertragsende, die ich bezahlt habe. Jetzt habe ich Anwälte von einer Firma, die Geld sammeln und mich um 110 bitten Euro für sie. Ich wurde einmal von der Allianz angerufen, weil ich eine Erklärung brauchte und der Typ kein Englisch sprechen konnte. Er sagte, ich werde einen weiteren Anruf von einem Kollegen erhalten und ich habe den Anruf nie erhalten, da sie völlig inkompetent sind, muss ich sogar bezahlen mehr Geld. Sie anzurufen und mit jemandem zu sprechen ist offensichtlich UNMÖGLICH, weil sie wie üblich nicht erreichbar sind. Wenn Sie einen Rat wünschen, wählen Sie ein anderes Unternehmen, wenn Sie Ihr Geld nicht verlieren und Ihre Nerven zerstören möchten. Ich kann alle Dokumente beifügen, die genau beweisen, was passiert ist (Screenshot von meiner Bank mit Zahlung von Dezember und Januar der Brief der Anwälte, auch der Kündigung).read more

Arisen liability damage was not replaced!

Utterly dishonest – not for a second, they would not hesitate to deceive you whenever they can.And even if they cannot, they will give a good try! They pretend that they have not received your letter even if you have sent it per Registered Mail against the signature (and you have a proof as they signed for it!), let alone the ones sent by regular mail. You will receive no response to your email even after several attempts. Over the phone extremely arrogant, cynical but brutal with an “intelligence level” I do not wish to comment at this phase of the procedure. They will pretend that they have tried to refund you on the given account but it “did not went through” even though you’ve gave them the official bank instruction. 2 (TWO) YEARS LATER ON THEY “DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU!” Well, The Court that I have took them to will help them to understand. And that is pretty much the only thing they understand: a legal procedure!
I am blocked abroad, with an emptied account in a critical situation during this COVID19, waiting for their refunds! Simply now, the Court will do the justice and they will pay for all damage. I only wish I read the other reviews before, I only wish…
Unfortunately, we are all obliged to have the travel insurance. However, do yourself a favor and chose ANOTHER ONE.read more

What the hell is this customer service??
Sent my headphones for repair through the „Allianz plusschutz“program and have been waiting for more than a month with no email or anything.
And trying to call them is also horrible because of course there are maybe tree individual people taking all the hundreds of calls of Germany. So you have to wait extremely long for a simple update on your request
I don’t even have a confirmation if they will repair my device or just give it back as it is
And I paid an extra 25€ for this premium extended warranty crapread more
