ol'rite so i traveled out of the country. i paid $26 dollars was the most expensive and 15.82 was the least expensive for international call to their actual customer service.i had representatives that i held on for OVER 30 minutes ONLY to transfer me BACC into cue for another representative. most aren't knowledgeable or make you feel that they even care i spent over 101.12 while outta of the country on contacting ally bank. i use to be a huge fan. i don't even wanna get into card control and filing a claim with them just HORRIBLE, their not my main bankin bank so i never knew they were THIS HORRIBLE. they do offer 24 hr customer service. great interest rate for their money marketing. everyone has their own experience but THIS HAS BEEN WITH MORE THAN 12 customer service experiences not the best service.

Ally removed the Early Disbursement…

Ally removed the Early Disbursement option from their site and instructed me to call. It took...39 minutes for the support person to do the transfer! Note that if I chose to close my CD at the end of the period, there is a place online to do that and that has worked well. This 'call only' experience is clearly designed to discourage early withdrawals.

We ran into some hard times due to covid and before my payment was due I called twice in 2 weeks the1st time the lady was rude and said I couldn’t be given a payment arrangement because I couldn’t put any money down at the moment then asked why I couldn’t just borrow money from someone and to call back when I had money to put down I explained to the lady if I had options I would have used them but didn’t want to be penalizes for being late so I did what she advised and called back to get the same rude questions to get a 10 day extension and was threatened that if I didn’t make the payment within the 10 days they could come take my car I understand none of this is their responsibility but it’s was frustrating that they weren’t willing to work with their customers

I would really like to give him a zero I've had them for almost 6 years I became disabled shortly aftergetting my car loan maintained it on time up until this pandemic hit they called and were so nice and wanted to give me a 3 month reprieve I took it 2-month reprieve which is 2 months of non-payment and I ended up being the worst thing they've harassed me for the last year during the covid repetitively calling three four times a day harassing called the police on me yep for she said that I was I threatened to hurt myself now she was just being a b**** because I made her head spin out lecturing her about what a horrible company they are to do this to their clients and that I will make sure that I take it to the first step I can I would encourage everybody to call the Federal trade commission because if there's enough complaints then they investigate and then they take over and by the looking at their reviews they would definitely fight for us that means they will take them to court they will sue them for I mean so the two months that they gave me they harass me for charging me late fees this whole year when I wasn't late said I only owe $98 in January and April 1st went back up to $800 I asked him how that was mathematically possible they hung up on me cuz they could not answer that question this is the worst company and I can't wait to see that this will be one of the companies that will also be taken down by the United States of the Republic because I guarantee you this was one that was hired by the United States incorporation which is corrupt so I'm sure this is a corrupt company and they'll have to pay us back all the money they stole from us and they'll end up not having a company but ally sucks. Oh and somebody said about the customer service the customer service is horrible they read from a script and they are maybe 20 years old if that and they have no clue what it's like to live or work in the real world and actually do some real work all they know how to do is read from a script no assistance whatsoever I absolutely hate this company.

We have Ally for almost 2 years. No issues and payments are easy on their website.We just bought another vehicle through them and they set up the account, in one page for both, makes it easier. I highly recommend them!

Ally is a terrible online bank

This is the worst online bank you could possibly put your money in. They automatically renewed my CDwithout my permission and then charged me a 60-day interest penalty when I called them about it upon receiving a letter two weeks later notifying me of the renewal. I tried to reason with them that it wasn't right to charge me a penalty for a mistake that they made. Deducting the penalty from my CD resulted in losing part of my original principal amount. Banks are in general crooks these days but this one is the worst of the bunch!
