I had great experience with Anker products. I have owned cables, Wireless chargers and ear buds from Anker.They all are great. I had issue with one of my Wireless charger. But product was under warranty provided by Anker and Anker was very professional to handle my claim. They sent me replacement wireless charger within a day and 2 and was delivered to me within 3-4 days. Excellent service provided by Stacey from Customer Service/Warranty.

Anker Premium Bluetooth Speaker is disposable.

I had this speaker for a couple of years then the battery died. Anker doesn't offer a battery replacement,not even if I pay for it. So For my anger I was told I should trash the speaker and buy one with a 15% promo code they gave me. Companies at this day and age should be conscious about what they put in the environment. Let alone a big speaker like that. I have since stopped from purchasing anything from Anker. Look on YouTube for "Anker battery replacement" and you'll find a DIY video teaching you how to do it.

NO lifetime warranty

False, fake advertising. Lifetime warranty is what they claim you have when buying their goods.They even enclose a certificate with packaging to say that a warranty covers the cables bought. This company DOES NOT honour this warranty. I provided pictures, receipts, delivery confirmations all on their requests. After all of this the company did not approve of the buyer who wholesaling their products. I write this hoping that people do not fall for their lies. I am disappointed not to have read other reviews of similar experiences.

My first time buying a charging cable from them. The website is okay, I wish there was information about shipping costs before making an order. Filtering by cable type (e.g.USB-C, USB 3.0) would be very welcome, but instead we can filter via colors, which is pretty useless. Can also choose a specific length, but no length range (e.g. you can only view 3ft cables but not 3ft and 6ft at the same time) The order arrived very quickly - the next day, delivered by Amazon Logistics. Made me feel better about the shipping cost. The cable seems good quality, but only time will tell how long it will last. Thank you

GREAT JOB ANKER - NOT! FYI Customer service issues: I was tired of repeatedly buying phone chargingcable so bought Anker Powerline II cables for my whole family and spent more to get ones that had "lifetime guarantee". In March I had to use the warranty to replace a 6 foot cable and when I did so I had to provide the receipt number and that was it - I do have all the boxes from the cables and they do have records showing I have only ever replaced one 6 foot cable. I was told a new cable was on the way and that I could throw out the faulty one. I now have a 10 foot cable that is no longer working so I called to get a replacement - since I did not need to keep the cable from the one I replaced in March I got rid of the faulty 10 foot cable over the weekend and called this morning to be told without the serial number that was on the cable they would not replace it. When I explained that I got rid of it because of my experience in March they did not care and even though they could see that I bought 4 10ft cables and have never replaced one they still basically told me - too bad. They state that they are super customer service oriented - this is not good customer service in my opinion - especially when they hall all my info and can see that I am not scamming them out of anything. Being suspicious is one thing but when you can verify the purchase and that out of 6 cables have only every had one replaced is as good as calling me a liar or a scammer.
