So, I ordered a limited edition graphite color fidget cube from the official website.I had informed myself about the differences between the knockoffs, the production run, and the limited edition, and chose the limited edition because it seemed like the one that'd be the most useful in my case, after having read and watched several reviews and unboxings. Communication was excellent. I got an email confirming my order, another two emails when it was shipping (one of which had a different order #?), and a "personal" thank you email from a co-founder. I also got a shipping number and several links to a tracker (only one of which worked (and it was the one from the email with the different order #), so that's something that could be improved, but I figured it out on my own in the end). Shipping took 12 days, including non-business days. They claimed it would take 10-20 days to ship, so that's fair. I live in Europe, shipping times of a week are common, and we've got a pandemic going on here. Shipping was on the expensive side though, but there's not much they can do about that, as they've already announced. Upon arrival, the cube was, as seems to often be the case, detached from the bottom of the box it came in. I knew about this beforehand from reviews and expected it. It wasn't damaged though, of course. My experience using it has been excellent as well. I can totally recommend this to people (at least, the limited edition one I got). I have already grown unhealthily attached to it in the few hours I've been holding it, and for the first time in quite a long time I've been able to go about my day while actually taking the time to appreciate things. Many of the negative reviews here are from people who did not inform themselves enough about the thing they were buying. Others express legitimate concerns that I just did not mind or didn't have an issue with (maybe because they were since fixed, like the website not clearly mentioning that the limited edition is different from the production run, or maybe because I was lucky enough to not have any issues). In any case, I didn't have any issues at all, and would buy again.
