Beware! You will lose your money!

Beware! Anytime Fitness Twickenham is not reimbursing anyone for the closures during covid - you will not get your membership payment reimbursed even though you have not been able to use it.All the other Gyms around Twickenham are refunding customers but this one doesn’t - so you will lose your money. If you request it, the manager blatantly refuses, basically you get a rude and abrupt email saying ‘ We are not going to refund you’ - so basically don’t bother trying. What she doesn’t realise is that this is illegal (which is why all the other gyms are refunding customers) so she will have to face the legal ramifications that are coming her way. Some I know have had to go to the bank to try to get their money back. With numerous high quality gyms in the area (with a professional manager and decent customer service) everyone I know has dropped Anytime Fitness and will never return.

I was out of town and wanted to attend my boyfriend's gym. John the manager was very accommodating.Walking into Anytime Fitness in Valparaiso Indiana on Morthland drive was welcoming and clean. They had all the machines I am use to using. So, I felt right at home. I really like that they offer towels for showering. I will definitely return. R-Taylor

This place is a joke they let the local football stars come here and push people around also the gymis never cleaned it is filthy old socks shoes and under ware are laying around and no one picks them up. the contract is shady beyond believe .this place need to be shut down and the owners put in prison.

Anytime fitness harlow is a joke, saying my accounts in arrears for January when they haven’t been open since December!!!Not once did they say we could freeze the account but sent an email to all it’s customers saying they would still take the direct debit for January!!! They will lose a lot of business due to their terrible customer service!!

Anytime Fitness are total sharks. They refuse to allow us to cancel our 16yr old son's membership after the 6 months as they claim we haven't paid a continuing membership fee.I have pointed out that my son has lost his job due to the lockdown, and they asked to see a letter of redundancy! I pointed out you don't get a letter of redundancy when you wash dishes in a pub and the country is in another national lockdown. The battle continues, but I would avoid this group at all costs.

The worst gym I have ever been a member of, unhygienic, unprofessional and more interested in money than the safety of it's guests.Prior to the beginning of the first lockdown I contacted the gym to terminate my membership as I had shown symptoms and was self isolating for the rest of the month. I was told this was not possible and to wait a month and was still allowed full access to the club even with that information.
The gym then closed for lockdown and not only was my membership not terminated (I had given written notification 3 weeks prior) but I was sent a bill for £270 for the time the gym wasn't even open.
After numerous failed attempts to contact on the phone I then had to go down in person, even though I still had health concerns. I was told to pay for 1 month (£45) and they would cancel the rest. I waited for a bill which never came and now 3 months later I am told I am in £270 arrears in late fees from a £45 bill and that it has been passed to a credit agency and not to contact the club.
When everyone is struggling financially and some even with their health, Anytime Fitness Chelsea has shown its true colours which are seeking profit over the wellbeing, professionalism and safety of its guests.
If this Company is still operating in the coming months I would recommend avoiding at all costs as you can only survive so long on offering a sub standard product and actively ripping off your customers.
