SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REGISTER MY NEW BOILER FOR THE PAST 3 WEEKS and no one ever answers the phone even sent email and that was rejected have I slipped up buying an Ariston Boiler.?Going back to Screwfix to complain since I purchased it from them.

Had to call on warranty, during April and May 2021, response and professional service was excellentboth time. The engineer attending was quick to response and very efficient in repairing the boiler. Highly recommended.

So a mixed bag. 10 days of no hot water was tough! Our original query through CS was in limbo but once escalated to the mgt team was handled well.We still had to wait a few more days for an engineer - but when Malcolm came he was simply brilliant! All sorted ...

Ariston no way

Ariston no way I have I stalled 4 of them last year one faed with in weeks.. Poor hot water.Second failed after 7 months same problem 3rd failed after a year after had long calls and emails mwatranry voided. Because they can't trace which boiler belongs to which flat. All boilers has barcodes and registered to each individual flats. Their custumer service us poor pay more go with worchester bosch or vaillant.. So stressfull times pandemi didn't yelp either

Minor problem with 2 year old Clas Net…

Minor problem with 2 year old Clas Net One boiler which was getting its second service by a Gas Safe technician who could not get rid of the flashing boiler service reminder (spanner)symbol. I tried to contact Ariston Tech Services without success. Gas Safe technician eventually managed to contact Ariston through his Ariston rep. Very efficient service once contacted with the fault being quickly rectified remotely. I’ve seen a lot of criticism of Ariston boiler products and service here but this has not been my experience so far with my Clas Net One boiler. Only time will tell I suppose especially if and when I have to make a claim under the 12 year warranty.

I recently had an Ariston boiler installed but the engineer from an independent installer wrongly connected it.Ariston very quickly sent an engineer and corrected the error. Great response.

Do not use! I had an Ariston boiler fitted in June 2020 and have had problem after problem.Customer service booked a leak as user error and said warranty now invalid after 6 months!!! Eventually got this reinstated after hours of stress and phone calls. Like previous caller, boiler overheated and was told not under warranty as muck in system and no inhibitor, despite stickers on the boiler saying inhibitor added when installed. After their engineers latest visit overflow pipe now dripping water and heating did not come on this morning. I am so sick of this after paying out for a new boiler. I would NOT recommend either the boiler or the company’s customer service.

Never Again!

I got ariston installed 8 months ago. Had a full power flush done, magnet filter has been installed and after 8 months the boiler has stopped working.I called customer service and...firstly the engineer said the boiler would not be under the warranty as the boiler was not serviced...how can it be serviced whem it is 8 months old! Secondly I have been told it is user error...not under warranty. When I asked them how I could misuse it they said it is debris. When I mentioned power flush and the magnet filter they said it was not done properly...customer service is not coming back to you at all...I needed to chase them every 3 hours and after 2 days they still have not send me a quote that I suppose to pay...2 little children are with no water and no heating and they do not care! Do not buy.You will regret it!
